Wear comfortable clothes suitable for the season. Carry personal toiletries, a light jacket (evenings can be cool), torch/flashlight, personal medication if any, and a reusable water bottle. We provide tents, sleeping bags, bedding, meals and all activity equipment.
Yes! All our overnight packages include meals. Typically: dinner on arrival day, breakfast and lunch on day 2, and breakfast on checkout day. We serve authentic local Maharashtrian food and also accommodate vegetarian and dietary requirements — please inform us at booking.
Absolutely. PMG Camping is family-friendly by design. We have trained staff, first-aid on site, child-safe activity zones and family tent setups. Activities can be customised for different age groups. Children under 5 are free of charge.
Cancellations 7+ days before the trip: full refund minus 10% booking fee. Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days: no refund, but you may reschedule to another date within 3 months. In case of extreme weather or natural events, we offer full rescheduling at no charge.
We intentionally maintain a low-connectivity environment — that's part of the experience! Most networks have weak or no signal at the campsite. We consider this a feature, not a bug. There is an emergency phone line at the base camp for urgent communication.
PMG Camping at Thokarwadi is approximately 80 km from Pune (about 2 hours by road) and 130 km from Mumbai (about 3 hours). We can share detailed route maps and pickup points upon booking confirmation.
We love animals! Friendly, leashed pets are welcome at PMG Camping. Please inform us in advance so we can assign a suitable tent location. Owners are responsible for their pets' behaviour throughout the stay.
